Our Mission Statement:


"Using state-of-the-art simulation technology and gaming to excite, inspire and educate the next generation of scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians.

Bryan Blackford - Co-Founder

Bryan Blackford has 11 years of experience with simulation software, particularly with Motorsport Simulations.  In the service, he is ranked among the top virtual drivers in the world.  In August of 2014, Blackford suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 30% of his body, but has recovered well!

Lisa Pineda - Co-Founder

Lisa Pineda worked and volunteered with Pinellas County Schools for over 15 years.  After that, she has used her skills at informal educational institutions; science centers, museums and other non-profits.  She has extensive experience with special-needs, and under-served children.

Ray Alfalla - Instructor

Ray Alfalla, 2-time World Champion in the NASCAR PEAK Antifreeze Series, is a huge supporter of our project.  He's also been the most consistent driver on the oval side of - racking up more wins than anyone else in the NPAS. He's native of Matanzas, Cuba - immigrating to the United States when he was 6 years old!

Stephanie Lessentine - Instructor

Stephanie Lessentine has been using simulators for over a decade, with both flight and motorsport simulation software.  Stephanie has volunteered as an instructor for our project.  She is also a driver for Slip Angle Motorsports for the 2015 "Road to Pro" season.

2015's upcoming events...

Date:  October 16-17 2015

Planning is underway for the 5th Annual St. Petersburg Science Festival, a regional celebration where families and the public can explore the wonders of hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM).


The 2015 festival will be held on October 16-17, along the waterfront campus of the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
